In this role you will be joining them in a role which you will be instrumental to the delivery of food, quality & efficiency. 

Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring an effective and efficient back-of-house operation.

Responsibilities:

• Managing inventory levels and placing orders
• Preparing meals according to standards
• Supervising kitchen staff to ensure product quality
• Assisting with budgeting and food cost analysis
