Our clients restaurants is located in a leafy dining strip, surrounded by high performing casual dining venues that locals in the south east suburbs go to throughout the week.
They've managed re-invent and develop it's offering for years on end, ensuring menus remain uncomplicated and guest experience is relaxed and inviting.
As an Assistant Manager you will host, manage service, coach and inspiring front of house staff, and play a key role in customer retention whilst supporting an experience Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
Expect to lead a team of 7 or more on shift in a 100 seater venue that has multiple indoor and outdoor options. You will have plenty of management support on site to help you and the team get through the busiest of shifts.

The candidate - Previous Restaurant or Cafe Supervisor experience is essential
