We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Head Chef to take the reins at a well-known venue serving bold Japanese and Latin American-inspired dishes. This is a chance to step into a kitchen with real personality, drive the menu, and help take things to the next level.

The current Head Chef is heading overseas, so we’re on the hunt for someone who’s ready to lead a strong team, own the kitchen, and bring their own flavour and ideas to the table. There's genuine scope here to make your mark — we’re aiming high and want someone who is too.

What the role involves:

• Leading a team in a fast-paced, open kitchen
• Managing service 
• Menu planning and seasonal changes
• Cooking over open fire – strong knife and filleting skills are a must
• Regular involvement in local food events
