The Role:
The ideal candidate will be a leader who is passionate about their team, achieving results and exceeding customer expectations. Could suit a strong Sous Chef ready to step into the Head role or an experienced Head Chef looking for a new challenge. 

• Strong team player with a ‘can do’ approach. Leadership skills are essential!
• Full accountability of profitability and results within food department
• Delivery of  KPIs including sales, food and labour cost control
• WHS standards

What you will Bring to the role: 

• 2+yrs experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef 
• Motivational leader, coach and mentor
• Passion for teamwork inspiring others 
• Strong business acumen, kpi driven and results focused 
• Customer first approach
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
