The Opportunity

Step into a game-changing role with one of the most unstoppable independent dining chains in Melbourne. They've thrived against all odds, serving up high-quality street food and local beers on tap, and have become a favorite go-to for casual dining lovers.

As a Venue Manager, you’ll be developing a crew of 30+ Team Members and Assistant Managers across front and back of house. This is your chance to lead, mentor, and inspire, driving a culture of growth, excellence, and unforgettable guest experiences.

If you have Restaurant Manager or Venue Manager experience in either QSR, casual dining, or pubs, this is your shot to make serious impact in a venue that’s got as much street cred as it has loyal fans.
