Now Hiring – Several management roles available
($78- 90K + Super):

You’ll lead a passionate customer service team and oversee smooth, professional front-line operations. This is a perfect fit for someone who’s confident running a reception-style environment and thrives on uplifting their team.

Your Day-to-Day:
  • Lead and support customer-facing teams across multiple departments
  • Oversee daily service operations and manage guest queries
  • Coordinate and support event planning and delivery
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff with a positive, grounded leadership style
  • Manage rosters, budgets, supplier relationships, and compliance
  • Act as second-in-charge (2IC) to the General Manager
  • Stay hands-on and actively support the team during peak periods
  • Work a rotating 7-day roster including mornings and evenings

This senior role oversees multiple departments—from reception and housekeeping to events and F&B. You’ll be the go-to person when things need to move quickly and smoothly, acting as 2IC to the GM.

What You'll Bring:
  • Leadership experience in service-driven industries (hospitality, events, tourism, etc.)
  • Clear and confident communication with a down-to-earth approach
  • Operational confidence including budgeting, rostering, and performance management
  • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
  • Experience using scheduling or property systems (Opera a bonus)
