About the Opportunity

You’ll lead a team of up to 30 in a high-volume, fast-paced venue with a buzzing dine-in and takeaway trade. It’s a vibrant environment - think cosy booths, rustic charm, and a loyal local following. As Restaurant Manager, you’ll inspire your team to deliver outstanding service, drive strong results, and create memorable experiences for every guest.

• Experience leading teams in high volume hospitality or fast food
• A hands-on leader who leads by example and brings the energy
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• A love of food, service, and a fast-paced environment
• Results-driven, target-focused, and always striving for improvement
