Assistant Restaurant Manager | Melbourne_Australia
Leading casual dining restaurant in the Knox area. One weekend off per month & flexible roster requests. Help manage a team of 15+
About the opportunity
One of our most loyal clients has recently had a long-standing leader step away from the industry, creating an opportunity for someone to join a high-performing, 50-seat restaurant that stays busy year-round.
Senior management here takes the approach that
“what is important to you matters to us”, so they have raised the bar by providing flexible rosters that suit most lifestyles and tick the work-life balance boxes that many hospitality workers struggle to achieve.
As an Assistant Manager, you will lead service, coach and develop staff on shift, manage team KPIs, oversee food safety, and support senior management as they continue to run a high-performing operation.
Expect to lead a team of 4 to 8 on shift, while receiving the coaching you need to grow and develop into a senior leader.
