A local restaurant group with serious expansion plans is looking for their next Venue Manager. Super casual eats, vibrant fit out, CBD location

About the opportunity:

The venue features a bar and serving area, indoor and outdoor dining, and a cult-like following for its soul food menu.

As a Venue Manager, you will have full responsibility for the food that leaves the kitchen, the development of your teams, and the business performance of a fast-casual dining operation. This role requires excellent skills in cost control management and P&L analysis.

This opportunity is designed for a leader who is highly driven to learn, lead, and work with a small group poised to expand across Melbourne.


The ideal candidate:

• A leader who rolls their sleeves up and is part of service every working day
• You're in it for the long haul and bring strong leadership skills capable of inspiring a team of 25 across front and back fo house
• At least 1 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or Venue Manager is essential, preferably with a background in pubs, cafes, or chained restaurants
• Ability to performance and people management processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
