About the Role:

As Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to lead the kitchen team, ensure smooth daily operations, and help deliver consistently high standards. You’ll bring leadership, creativity, and reliability to the table — and be ready to jump on the tools when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations
• Train and mentor junior team members
• Maintain excellent food quality and presentation
• Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are always met
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and menu planning
