The Opportunity:
 Restaurant Manager – ACT
Lead one of Canberra's most iconic quick-service restaurants, known for its top-tier customer service, vibrant atmosphere, and cult following. This is your chance to step up in a dynamic environment that champions innovation, teamwork, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize Operations: Lead daily shifts and create efficient rosters.
  • Drive Profitability: Manage P&L, reduce waste, and control stock.
  • Inspire Teams: Set the tone for service and support your team to exceed guest expectations.
You Bring:
  • Experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
  • Confidence in P&L, cost control, and rostering.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster (approx. 40 hrs/week).
