We’re on the hunt for a talented and passionate
Sous Chef to join a high-performing kitchen team within a modern, fast-paced hotel setting in central Auckland.
This full-time role offers the chance to step into a dynamic kitchen where creativity, consistency, and leadership are key. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef on menu development, uphold high culinary standards, and support in coaching and developing junior team members.

We’re looking for someone who has: - Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen, ideally in a hotel or upscale dining environment
- Strong À La Carte background, with a sharp eye for detail and presentation
- Experience in menu development, training junior chefs, and maintaining high food safety standards
- Exposure to events, conferences, or large-format dining is a big plus
- A flexible attitude — weekend and public holiday availability is essential
