We’re looking for a Venue Manager who thrives on the floor - someone who leads with warmth, authenticity, and a service-first mindset that complements the venue’s premium yet approachable style.
You’ll lead a tight-knit, experienced team of five, servicing up to 50+ guests per sitting in an environment that values quality over chaos.
The Candidate - A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Venue Manager or Assistant Venue Manager, ideally within premium or high-end venues
- A genuine passion for hospitality and pride in the craft of service
- A free-flowing, authentic service style that connects with guests and team alike
- WSET accreditation (desirable, not essential)
- Proven ability to inspire, lead, and energise an experienced team
