About the Role

As the right hand to the Venue Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing daily operations, leading teams across multiple departments, and ensuring every guest leaves impressed. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who thrives under pressure and loves the buzz of a busy venue.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Venue Manager in leading and motivating a large front and back of house team
• Drive service standards and operational excellence across multiple outlets
• Oversee rostering, training, and daily floor operations to keep the venue humming
• Ensure compliance, safety, and brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Deliver a seamless guest experience with an eye for detail and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as an Assistant Venue Manager or Senior Supervisor in a large, high-volume venue
• Confident leader with a passion for developing teams and building strong workplace culture
• Sound understanding of budgets, KPIs, and operational reporting
• Cool under pressure, highly organised, and committed to exceptional service
