As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the action - leading your team through busy services, setting the pace, and keeping the energy high. You’ll work closely with your Restaurant Manager to create a positive, high-performing environment where your team can shine and guests leave happy every time.

This isn’t a desk job - you’ll be hands-on with service, people development, and operations. You’ll also learn the business side, with a strong focus on KPI management, financial performance, and team development. You’ll take ownership of your own metrics while collaborating with other leaders to achieve shared goals.

Your growth doesn’t stop at onboarding - you’ll continue to learn across all areas of the business, from recruitment and training to leadership development and operational strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• We’re after a natural leader with a real passion for hospitality - someone who:
• Someone who has leadership experience in QSR, Fast Casual or Fast Food
• Can confidently lead a team of 10+ during busy services
• Create memorable guest experiences
