This is an opportunity for a polished and passionate Venue Manager to take the reins of a fast-paced, premium restaurant where excellence is the standard. What You’ll Do

• Lead the floor during peak service periods with confidence and charisma
• Host guests, embody the brand, and uphold the venue’s elevated reputation
• Coach and mentor a large FOH team to deliver exceptional, consistent service
• Collaborate closely with senior group leadership to evolve culture and standards
• Manage daily operations including rostering, budgets and wage control
• Drive training initiatives and professional development across the team
