We’re not just serving meals, we’re serving up energy, community, and feel good moments. We’re looking for a hands on leader who can keep the team buzzing, the customers smiling, and the venue running like clockwork.

What you’ll be doing
  • Leading from the front — inspiring your crew and creating an unbeatable atmosphere
  • Delivering service that makes customers want to come back again (and again)
  • Owning your venue’s results — labour, stock, and sales performance
  • Keeping operations slick: rosters, training, and smooth daily service
  • Jumping in when it’s busy and helping out your team
What we’re looking for
  • Big personality — warm, engaging, and able to light up the room
  • Leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or other fast paced industries
  • KPI know-how and a love for hitting (and beating) targets
  • Full seven day availability
  • Strong communicator with a can do attitude
