We’re looking for an
Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and support a passionate team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves the hustle and wants to take their career to the next level with strong growth prospects.
What You’ll Do
Run the Floor: Lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service during busy shifts. You’ll help your team stay efficient and motivated while delivering a top-notch experience to customers.
Empower Your Team: Assist in recruiting, training, and coaching a motivated team of 15-20 crew members. You’ll foster a positive, inclusive work environment where everyone feels supported and valued.
Lift the Experience: Be an ambassador for exceptional guest experiences, turning first-time visitors into loyal regulars. You’ll ensure customer interactions are always friendly, fast, and memorable.
Support Operational Success: Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to monitor sales, stock control, and budgets. You’ll help implement strategies that drive performance, reduce waste, and improve profitability.
Maintain Quality & Safety: Ensure food quality and safety standards are met every day, from maintaining cleanliness to adhering to health and safety regulations.
What You Bring - Previous leadership experience in QSR, casual dining, or fast-paced hospitality settings.
- Experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Department Manager (2+ years preferred).
- Strong people management skills, including coaching, motivating, and resolving team challenges.
- A can-do attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating a positive work environment.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings.
- A passion for food, service, and creating an environment where customers and staff feel valued.
