We’re on the lookout for an Assistant General Manager to join their team at an exciting time of growth. This is a rare chance to get in early with a well-known brand as they expand across the Gold Coast and Brisbane - with genuine opportunities to step into a Restaurant General Manager role and lead new store launches within the next 6 months.

You’ll be helping manage a large team of 25+ and supporting the overall day-to-day operations of a high-volume venue. This role is all about growing teams, building business momentum, and getting ready to take on bigger leadership roles as the group continues to expand.

The restaurant trades 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, driven by strong local demand and a loyal customer base, so you’ll be joining a venue that’s already thriving.

Who we’re looking for

• 2+ years experience as an Assistant Manager or Restaurant Manager in a busy casual dining or QSR environment
• A leader who’s passionate about building great teams and delivering standout customer experiences
• Someone excited to be part of a brand’s growth journey and take on bigger leadership opportunities
• Confident handling P&L, budgets, and the day-to-day challenges of a busy restaurant
• Calm, solutions-focused, and proactive under pressure
