With experience from major brands like KFC, Michael is proficient in empowering people, embedding culture, improving all P&L aspects, and ensuring the operational scale-up of brands. As such, Michael has received several accolades, specifically relating to operational excellence and franchise business.

Michael personally finds passion in sports, more specifically, you can find him on a tennis court during his downtime.
