About the opportunity
  
This large scale cafe operation has a strong focus on premium coffee from a local supplier, with a range of in-house made fresh and healthy food. They have a range of food, beverage, and retail options under one roof.

This is a very front and centre role, requiring a charismatic and organised team player who will shift manage and be responsible for key holder duties, whilst undertaking regular senior management duties including training, recruitment, customer service management, managing labour, and stock management.

Operational hours are Monday to Sunday from 7am to 7pm, and this role will require a leader with open availability who will be working on a days only roster.
