About the opportunity

As a leader, you will be instrumental in the success of a thriving venue, ensuring every patron receives a memorable experience.
This is a multi faceted venue that offers a range of food, entertainment, and of course BEERS, and with that we need the very best people to help our client maintain the high level of standards.

This role is critical to our client, as their offering, company culture and previous success is in no position to go backwards - the ideal candidate should embrace the mission; create the best team, develop the venue, and provide the best level of service!

People and culture is commonly used in throughout the industry, but we believe this is a group who truly backs it up and puts it's people first.


The candidate
  • Previous experience as a hospitality leader in bars, cafes, restaurant, fast food restaurants, or similar is important
  • A hunger and passion for achieving excellence from a brand perspective
  • Experience managing medium to large scale teams
  • The ability to identify customers needs and convert ideas into marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Good understanding and exposure of the commercial aspects of running a hospitality business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Ability to motivate large teams
