Family, friendly eatery in South Auckland. $24-28 per hour for Duty Managers with experience.

Our client: 

Is a family owned operations that has been serving their local community since 2014, spread across two large levels with plenty of natural light, the bar and restaurant is a welcoming space and attracts large groups for lunch / dinner and events. 

The role: 

We are seeking experienced Duty Managers with great attitudes to join this successful local eatery based in Takanini. You will support the Operations Manager and Assistant Manager by leading shifts and inspiring your FOH team to provide exceptional customer service throughout your shift. 

You will ensure the restaurant is well presented at all times and pride yourself on building great customer relationships to guarantee repeat custom. 

What you will be rewarded with: 

$24-28 per hour (dependant on experience) 
30 + hours per week

What skills you will bring: 

-hospitality leadership experience ideally in a Duty Manager capacity 
-inspiring & motivating leadership approach 
-a love for the hospitality industry and working with customers 
-strong communication skills
