Experienced and driven recruitment professional looking for an opportunity to reposition and drive the agency to the next level.

We are seeking a driven Agency Manager/ Director to lead agency performance and future strategy.

As a first-class Agency Manager, you will be able to inspire and motivate the team and be passionate about people and recruitment across all levels.
You will have a vested interest in expanding the growth of the agency with effective management aligned to connections with clients and candidates alike.

Ideally, your experience will encompass:
  • Hospitality knowledge and understanding
  • Recruiting, screening, and training new recruitment agents.
  • Leading by example you will be a hands-on Recruiter 
  • Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans.
  • Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients.
  • Ensuring all staff exercise good time management.
  • Obeying agency regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensuring staff do the same.
  • Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement.
  • Recruitment Agency experience is essential (managerial experience is advantageous).
  • Good leadership and people skills.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Great networking abilities.
  • Ability to work on different projects simultaneously.
