Resort Managers required for a stunning WA Eco Resort. 3 weeks on/ 1 week off, accommodation and meals provided. Salary package $150k + super combined

Our client is seeking an experienced management couple to operate their resort in this North West region of WA. Encompassing accommodation, tourism and food and beverage options, this venue provides a unique working experience for the right strategic leaders. $150k+ super combined salary.

About the Role:

Answering to the General Manager this role provides a unique opportunity to live on nature's doorstep and experience all the natural wonders of the region. A wide and varied role you will be responsible for the daily operation of the venue, leadership of the team and relationship building with customers and key stakeholders alike.

About You:

• Sound knowledge and experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, WA tourism knowledge preferred. 
• Food and beverage management experience in a quality establishment
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Exemplary written and oral communication skills
• Ability to successfully lead a team of 20+ staff
• Strong financial management, administrative and computer skills including RMS experience.
• Experience in strategic marketing, business planning and business development
• Strong negotiating skills
• Confidence and ability to promote the area by way of presenting to travel agents and industry partners at Roadshows and other key promotional events
• Ability to work with partner in a high pressure environment, and demonstrate that both partners are able to contribute equally to the organisation in clearly defined roles
• Proven ability to work with Aboriginal people to initiate and manage programs for encouraging greater interaction including employment, school outings, traineeships, community open days is desirable
• Mechanical, building or maintenance experience a plus
• First Aid certification is a MUST.
