One of Australia's Wine Pioneers are looking for a hospitality professional to run their Venue!!
Right in the middle of the meadows of regional Victoria, picturesque views and landmarks. With a farm-to-table approach, they grow all their crops on site. The menu is designed around season and availability.
Our Clients are looking for a hospitality superstar to join this team of professionals running the restaurant operations, assist with the smooth running of day-to-day operations as well as supervise staff during the service period.
The role requires a leader who can manage up and down very well, someone who can be part of service 5 days a week, but also collaborate with a General Manager when it comes to suggesting positive change across events, food and beverage.
This role is very customer focused and will require working a rotating roster Monday to Sunday.
