City fringe busy venue seeking an experienced hospo leader to support the Venue Manager in achieving success! $27-30 per hour + 6 week training!
Our client: Is part of a successful and growing NZ hospitality group with this city fringe venue being all about chill vibes, cool drinks, modern american bites, live sport and music!
The role: Is available due to internal transfer and promotion. As Assistant Manager you will support the Venue Manager and have 2x Duty Managers supporting you from a leadership perspective however due to this venue being incredibly busy all the time we require a very experienced and strong hospitality manager.
The team size is about 8x FOH and 5x BOH in total and we will require you to have a Managers Cert and LCQ. You can expect to the roster to be 40-45 hours per week with 2x days off per week.
As part of this groups support to all employees you will undertake a 6 week training & induction plan to ensure you are set up for success and understand all the 'ins and outs' of this business.
To be successful for this role you will have leadership experience in busy hospitality establishments, be a great operator under pressure, have confidence in delegating and training and have passion for people.
Please note you will be required to have valid NZ working rights and reside in NZ to be considered for this role.
