Busy F&B venue is looking for a stand out FOH Manager to run a well known hotspot in Albert Park. Hands on, front and centre, venue management role!

About the opportunity
This is a much loved national brand with multiple venues across Melbourne  There food has a cult like following, their environment is fun, fast paced and they pride themselves on having a great team culture.

They are leading the way in casual dining and looking for a strong, motivated and driven hospitality professional looking for their next step to work closely with a supportive business owner and lead the team of 20 staff at the Albert Park hot spot. 

The offerings are mouth watering and delicious, the drinks are refreshingly awesome and the team? - They're exceptional. Be a part of something awesome, represent and promote positive change, a bustling operation and a true customer experience.

You’ll already have a good track record managing a team and delivering results in a fast-moving restaurant. You’re now ready to take that experience to the next level. This is very much a front of house role, 5 days per week, on the floor leading a team, creating memorable guest experiences & managing the day to day operations of a busy venue. 

The role is equally suited to a Manager stepping up or stepping sideways.
We encourage all hospitality leaders with a background in pubs, bistros, hotels,  restaurants and casual dining venues to apply!
