Is all about creating a hospitality space for adults to enjoy themselves, feel relaxed, and have some fun whilst sinking those beers and burgers - relive the good ol childhood days!
They run a super slick operation and have various brands under their umbrella however have launched two of their brands into our fabulous New Zealand.
The role of Kitchen Manager Will see you manage the Back of House Operation. You will constantly be communicating with your team, providing direction and ensuring tasks are delegated effectively.
You will have ownership of all things ‘admin’ from reporting, food ordering, food costings, managing relationships with suppliers including negotiations, lead regular stock takes and take full accountability for training and development of your team.

What you will be rewarded with:
-$63-73k per annum (dependant on experience)
