Leading Perth venue is looking for a hands-on Kitchen Manager to join the team and oversee all back of house operations. Salary $70-75k +super

The Role:
The Kitchen Manger will be responsible for all aspects of Back of House operations and creating the flow of effective and efficient communication and standards. 

You will be responsible for all admin tasks such as ordering, food costings, relationships with suppliers, stocktakes and all things team development and training. 

What you need:

• Previous back of house/ Kitchen manager experience. 
• Good financial understanding and reporting. 
• Strong communicator.
• Highly self motivated.
