Running this multisite venue in Penrith will allow you to flex your skills and experience, and in turn your natural flair and positive interaction with staff and guests will shine. 


Your ability to provide guests memorable experiences will come naturally with your growing knowledge base and quick thinking nature. 

Essential Experience:
  • Rostering and associated cost control
  • Financial skills in Profit & Loss statements
  • Elevating guests experiences
  • Day-to-day functions and maintenance of all aspects of the floor
  • Identifying weak spots and training staff
  • Calm nature in busy environments (Particularly hospitality and events experience) 
  • Available across a 7 day roster
Key Attributes: 
  • Identify and motivate your team to all be the best you can be for each other and our guests
  • Appreciate inclusivity and collaborative attitudes, and in turn have your creative ideas rewarded!
  • Have a proactive attitude towards mentorship for your team, and advancing your own management skills
  • See revenue results through a strong team base, and customer satisfaction

  • RSA and National Police Check (willing to obtain)
  • Drive for knowledge and growth
  • Experience in being able to rotate between admin and hands-on duties
  • Hands-on management experience of either hospitality / entertainment / events 
  • Strong time management skills
