The Role:

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be working closely with the management team to help motivate and guide the team to deliver great customer service and a safe working environment. As an experienced manager, you will lead from the front, oozing passion for the brand and instilling the same in your team. 

Duties:

• Implementing weekly/fortnightly rosters
• Work closely with the management team on labour targets, P&L's and team meetings
• Ensure administration is carried out as per company policies and procedures
• Stock and wastage management
• Train and develop your team
• Customer service

About You: 

• A great attitude
• Flexibility to relocate through the business if needed
• A positive leadership style understanding that you succeed when your people succeed
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a shift management capacity
• Administration and operational knowledge
• Strong time management
• The initiative to solve problems and make this venue a great place to work
