About the opportunity This CBD Restaurant thrives throughout the week due to their corporate foot traffic and rich history within the Melbourne food and beverage scene.
The business does not over complicate it's menus, in fact, the menu is quite predictable, but what sets them apart is their consistency and execution in delivering simple food to an incredible level.
Our client works with local suppliers, farmers and fishermen to ensure that all ingredients sourced are of the highest standard. Simplicity is what they believe in, from cutting chips by hand to filleting fish, everything that is served on your plate has been freshly prepared by chefs from start to finish.
This is very much a front of house role, with the majority of your time leading service - if you're looking for a role that will require you to take on the business and commercial aspects of running a venue then this might not be for you.
The role is equally suited to a Manager stepping up or stepping sideways.
