About the Company...An international company seeks a creative Head Chef to lead the kitchen in their innovative Sydney Olympic Park workspace venue. The venue itself is a sanctuary for professionals, to find focus and inspire. Expectations are for the food offering to reflect and exceed this ethos.
What we need from you... As the Head Chef you will be across menu planning and costing, WHS procedures, have excellent time management skills and the ability to quickly adapt to developing situations. Your team will thrive under your strong yet nurturing motivational leadership.
Previous experience at a similar level with an extensive background in buffet service/events and exposure to the expectations of premium dining standards is a must.
