Growing hospitality group is seeking an Operations Manager or General Manager to develop current offerings and expansion plans

About the client and job opportunity:

Our client operates three unique North QLD bar & restaurant venues. The venues boast truly local experiences and we are looking for someone to be the face of the organization and represent the owners interests while developing the business.

As Group Operations Manager or Group General Manager (depending on level of experience) you will focus on the existing venue development across the lines of business as well as overs. The initial focus will be to develop the current businesses across all channels including streamlining venue processes and procedures. Current lines of business include bars, restaurants, accommodation, events and microbrewery.


Ideal Candidate Background:
  • Experience in an hospitality venue operations or multisite role
  • Understanding of how to develop lines of business
  • Experience with project management favourable
  • Strong focus on training and development
  • Ability to create genuine connections with the team
  • Networking locally for brand engagement
  • Someone who is commercially savvy
