Fantastic part time 20 hours per week (10x hours in office and 10x WFH). Be incentivised twice per year.

Our client: 

Owns two motel properties in Newmarket and after recently completing some swish renovations resulting in more rooms on offer and upgraded conference and event facilities they are in need of a Sales / Marketing professional to drive overall sales for the properties. 

The role: 

Is part time, 20 hours per week and will offer you the flexibility to work 10x hours from home and 10x hours on site (good for culture and staying connected). 

The purpose of the role will be to utilise varying marketing channels such as digital, social and print to drive sales & increase occupancy rates across both peak and off peak seasons. 

Experience / Skills required: 

-Our client needs someone with experience in conference / function / events marketing and a level of experience in hotel / motel environments 
-Proven experience creating, running and driving social and digital campaigns 
-Engaging personality that can build effective relationships with the Owner and Operations Manager of the properties 

What you will be rewarded with: 

-Flexibility in how the 20x hours are constructed each week 
-$40 per hour 
-Earn incentives based on occupancy target rates achieved for each season
