Are you an outgoing, bubbly, and lively individual with a passion for cocktails? We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to join our client's dynamic team at a trendy, cocktail-driven bar in Brisbane. If you're ready to be part of a close-knit team that feels like family, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

About you:   
  • Seeking experienced senior front-of-house managers ready for a new challenge with a renowned locally owned hospitality group
  • Looking for leaders who excel at growing teams, nurturing regulars, and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Must have a passion for training staff, being creative with guest experiences, and fostering a positive team culture.
  • Critical to maintain a fun, honest, and committed team atmosphere, ensuring every guest leaves happier than when they arrived.
What We Offer:   
  • Competitive Salary: Up to $75K + Super + KPI Bonus
  • Work-Life Balance: 38-hour work week with Mondays and Tuesdays off
