About the opportunity We're looking for a Hospitality leader at the top of their game, ready to be part of a project most people in the industry would jump at if given the opportunity.
The multifaceted venue will provide a range of food & beverage experiences, from fine dining experience, to private events
You'll be working in partnership with an established Executive Chef, and supported by a group that will help you in all areas including human resources, marketing, venue operations, and P&L management.

- Immaculate presentation, naturally a positive person, and an energy that is warm and welcoming
- A leader who is all things customer service - we want to connect with someone who can tell a story through their service, and not afraid to push boundaries to deliver the best level possible
- Advanced understanding of wine, preferably WSET accreditation
- Strong financial acumen, excellent performance management skills, and strong communication skills
