Our client is looking for a industry professional who aligns with their values around wellness, community, and health foods.

This is a very front and centre role, requiring an engaging and organised team player who has the ability to support the Store Manager in people management duties, cost control, team training, and shift managing.

Our clients business is in the heartbeat of Chadstone Shopping Centre that has played a key part in the hospitality and food service success during recent years.
  
The business trades 7 days a week and is mostly daytime trading other than retail late night trading hours that are common throughout the centre.

We believe this opportunity will lead to further long term senior management opportunities, ideal for a industry leader looking for a long term move.

The candidate:

• A minimum of 1 years Shift Supervisor or Assistant Manager experience in hospitality is essential

• Career focused leader who has an appetite to grow, and will be willing to step up when opportunities present
• A leader who knows how to achieve results and excellence from a brand perspective
• Someone who has experience in shopping centres is desirable, but not essential
