As Sous Chef you will:

  • Kitchen Operations & Quality: Oversee food production, safety, hygiene, and recipe adherence to maintain high culinary standards.
  • Financial & Customer Focus: Achieve budget goals, reduce wastage, and deliver quality food while addressing guest needs promptly.
  • Team Leadership & Compliance: Train and supervise staff, ensure smooth collaboration, and uphold safety and operational standards.

Seeking Candidate with:


  • Experience in hotel kitchens, having had exposure to large scale functions and events.
  • Experience working in regional and remote areas would be advantageous
  • Good character with strong values and the ability to lead a team
  • Must have own car and licence

Benefits:
