Our client: 

Since opening 7x years ago this Auckland CBD restaurant has held it's position as Auckland's leading Chinese restaurant offering a fine dining experience with authentic cuisine. 

The role: 

Our client is looking for a Head Chef who has exceptional leadership qualities in both people & commercial / financials but who also understands the chinese culture whether that be through their own culture or their own experiences. 

-Lead a team of 12-14x qualified and experienced chefs 
-Support the next transition of the restaurant through elevation of their food offering whilst maintaining the authentic nature of the food 
-Be confident to achieve financial targets set by the Director of Culinary
