Responsibilities  

• Lead, manage, and inspire a small team of chefs and kitchen staff.
• Take charge of high-volume functions, events, and daily operations, particularly during peak periods like the Bathurst 1000 and other major events.
• Design and deliver seasonal menus that captivate and delight our guests.
• Ensure consistent food quality, control costs, and maintain impeccable kitchen hygiene standards.
• Work closely with hotel management to create memorable dining experiences.

  What We're Looking For:

• Demonstrated experience in managing a kitchen team in high-pressure, high-volume environments.
• Expertise in catering for large events and functions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and direct your team.
• A creative mind and passion for crafting exceptional dishes.
• Calm and composed under pressure, with the ability to deliver efficiently.
