The Opportunity:
Our client's property flies well under the radar when it comes to laid-back luxury, but it is only a matter of time before it becomes one of Regional Victoria's most talked-about must-visit destinations.
With breathtaking scenery from every angle of the property, restaurants and bars for foodies and wine lovers, and a cellar door that's the perfect spot for soaking up the region's wine history, there's something for everyone.
Working closely with the General Manager, you will need to understand that quality service can be delivered in various ways - from day-trippers who are there to experience wine and casual service, to crowds of all kinds looking for a luxury escape from the city.
You will be leading a medium-sized front-of-house team across both restaurant and bar service, playing a true front-of-house management role each working day of the week.
Candidate Profile: - A minimum of 1 years Assistant Manager or Restaurant Manager experience in hotels, restaurants, wineries, or similar operations
- Standout customer service and communication skills
- A hospitality leader who truly loves to be at the forefront of service
- WSET accreditation is desirable, but not essential
