We're working with a well-established hospitality group that’s looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead one of their high-performing venues. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and wants to take real ownership of a venue’s success.

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the restaurant, leading from the front, inspiring your team, and ensuring a memorable experience for every guest. You’ll work closely with your team to maintain high service standards, build a positive culture, and hit key business targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team to deliver excellent service
  • Manage operations across FOH and BOH including rosters, stock, and compliance
  • Foster a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for staff and customers
  • Monitor performance, handle guest feedback, and keep service standards high
  • Work alongside senior leadership to improve systems, processes, and profitability

About You
  • Previous leadership or management experience in hospitality or similar
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Passion for team development and great customer experiences
  • Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and highly adaptable
  • You must have the right to work in NZ and be 18+ to supervise a licensed venue
  • LCQ, food safety, or First Aid certifications are a plus
