We’re on the lookout for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our client’s team in Manukau and help lead a high-energy, people-first restaurant. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love supporting others to shine, and want to be part of something that brings good vibes daily, this could be your next step.  
 

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Support day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Lead and inspire a diverse team during shifts, bringing energy and positivity
  • Coach and develop team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Step up to run the restaurant in the absence of the manager
  • Maintain high standards in food safety, service, and cleanliness
  • Contribute to a fun, safe, and inclusive work environment
