About the role

You’ll be the heartbeat of this busy Mt Gravatt venue - driving day-to-day operations, mentoring a passionate team, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. From leading service and managing budgets to developing initiatives that lift sales and strengthen team culture, this is a role for someone who loves being on the floor and making things happen.

You’ll have the freedom to run the business as your own, with the backing of a supportive senior team who value initiative and accountability. This is not a role for micromanagement - it’s for someone who thrives on ownership, enjoys connecting with people, and knows how to bring the best out of their team.
