About the Role As Venue Manager, you’ll be the face of a dining operation that’s unmatched in Moama, known for delivering exceptional guest experiences and high-performing service. You’ll lead from the floor, inspire your team of 15+, and keep the energy high across all aspects of service.

You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, drive consistency in service standards, and play a key role in developing and training your team. With support from senior management, you’ll also strengthen your business acumen by focusing on KPI management, sales performance, and cost control.

This is a role for someone who takes pride in their craft, enjoys leading by example, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years’ leadership experience as a Restaurant, Venue or strong Assistant Manager
  
  
• Background in casual to premium dining or high-volume hospitality
  
  
• Experience leading and coaching teams of 15+ during service
  
  
• Strong understanding of guest experience and sequence of service
  
  
• A calm, solutions-focused mindset and ability to adapt under pressure
  
  
• A genuine love of hospitality and team development
