We’re on the hunt for a Restaurant Manager to take charge of our Crow’s Nest / Lane Cove location — leading a crew that’s passionate about good food, great energy, and genuine guest experiences.

What You’ll Do Run the Floor: Lead with presence and purpose — keeping the pace high, the energy higher, and your crew inspired.
Own the Ops: Manage day-to-day service across FOH + BOH, making sure everything’s smooth, compliant, and on point.

Grow the Team: Recruit, train, coach, and celebrate wins. You’ll build a crew that’s as motivated as you are.

Smash the Goals: Keep an eye on the numbers, budgets, and KPIs — finding smart ways to boost results.

Dial Up the Experience: Turn guests into regulars through great service and memorable moments.

What You Bring

• Proven leadership in QSR, hospitality, or fast-casual dining
• Strong operational knowledge and people management skills
• Cool under pressure and confident in your decisions
• Flexible availability across a rotating roster (nights + weekends)
