We’re on the lookout for an experienced
Restaurant Manager to take charge of our Macquarie Centre location. You’ll lead a passionate crew dedicated to delivering exceptional food and creating an unforgettable guest experience.
This role isn’t just about managing — it’s about building a vibrant culture, leading by example, and making sure every shift runs smoothly from start to finish.
With a focus on food quality, staff development, and performance, you’ll be a key player in keeping the energy high and the guests coming back for more. Whether you’re keeping the team motivated during the rush or making sure everything is spotless behind the scenes, your leadership will be the heartbeat of the restaurant.
What You’ll Do Run the Floor: Lead by example, setting the tone and pace for your crew. You’ll keep the energy high and ensure the guest experience is second to none — always with a smile.
Own the Operations: Oversee daily operations across the front and back of house, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. From stock control to service flow, you’ll keep everything efficient and top-notch.
Grow the Team: Lead recruitment, training, and ongoing coaching for your team. You’ll build a crew that loves what they do, ensures high performance, and works together like a well-oiled machine.
Smash the Goals: You’ll be responsible for keeping an eye on sales, costs, and key performance indicators. You’ll find smart ways to drive revenue, reduce waste, and stay on top of budgets.
Dial Up the Guest Experience: You’ll work closely with your team to create moments that turn first-time visitors into regulars. Whether it’s through exceptional service, quick problem-solving, or just creating a great atmosphere, you’ll make every guest feel like a VIP.
Focus on Quality and Safety: Ensure food and safety standards are met and exceeded. You’ll manage the cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, as well as ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
What You Bring
- Proven leadership experience in a QSR, fast-casual, or hospitality management role
- Exceptional people skills — you know how to motivate, inspire, and support your team
- Strong operational and financial management skills, with an eye for improving results
- A calm head under pressure and the ability to make quick, confident decisions
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekend
- A genuine passion for delivering great food and exceptional service
