We’re working with a busy, well-established casual dining restaurant that’s built a strong reputation for fresh food and warm, fast service. It’s a familiar favourite for locals, with a steady flow of regulars and a reliable team behind the scenes.

We’re now looking for a hands-on leader to support day-to-day operations and help bring out the best in the team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys creating great experiences for guests and staff alike.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience at an leadership level working for a food retail, casual dining or even QSR group is preferred
• Well presented, naturally positive person, and a real go getter
• You are competitive, driven and most importantly.. a team player!
• Confident managing day to day operations and troubleshooting all the challenges that come with it - service issues, customer complaints and enquiries, staffing solutions, OHS & Food safety compliance
• Will to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
• This role would suit a Restaurant Manager or senior Assistant Restaurant Manager looking for a new challenge
